I rang Nikki during a panic attack in the first week of November 2014. My hair was shedding at an alarming rate and showed no indication of slowing down any time soon!!!

Thankfully, Nikki was able to see me quickly. I visited her clinic in Exeter which is easy to find and there is parking close by too.

This was not the first instance of hair loss issues for me but I had not used Nikki’s services before. I chose her after visiting the website. I was impressed with its professional look and feel and the variety of useful information it contained including fees and treatments.

My subsequent consultation with Nikki did not disappoint. She is very calm and approachable and she gathered all the facts before examining my scalp and hair. I have been diagnosed with acute telogen effluvium. This can often be helped by taking essential vitamin and mineral supplements, as the hair is last in the queue to receive any such available nutrients.

Nikki suggested that I had blood tests done by my local doctor and I arranged these immediately. As a consequence she suggested several courses of action to include vitamin and mineral supplementation, scalp therapy shampoo, a pre-conditioning treatment and a dermabrasion scalp mask.

Now, several weeks later, and after taking the supplements religiously every day and trying some of the other treatments, the rate of shed has slowed down. I am monitoring it closely and staying in regular touch with Nikki. It’s such a relief to know she is at the end of the phone!

I would unreservedly recommend Nikki to anyone who is worried about hair thinning or loss. She is a caring and dependable person and she provides a fast, efficient and friendly service. Thank you for all your help and support in my time of need Nikki, much appreciated.
